The EY WeVerse is intended to supplement the wide range of in-person experiences you'll be participating in throughout your internship - combining the best of two worlds to offer you a robust learning program.

We're hosting a unique experience here at EY and you're all invited to help us shape it.

Upon first entering the WeVerse you will be given the option to select your avatar. Use the color pallet and the avatar option arrows to choose how to represent yourself in the WeVerse.

Throughout the WeVerse you will be greeted by our WeBot that will help you navigate the environment. You can also use the map in the top left corner of the environment to teleport to any other location.

There are several portals within the WeVerse that will activate at different times. The People Zone in the middle of the Impact Park is always active.

Thank you for visiting the WeVerse. As an EY intern, you will be held to the standards set for all of our personnel and will be expected to conduct yourself with professionalism at all times in accordance with the Global Code of Conduct. You are expected to be respectful of all speakers, facilitators, and other interns.

Photo/Video Release

I hereby authorize EY and those acting pursuant to its authority to (i) record my likeness and/or voice on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic, or any other medium; (ii) use my name and biographical material in connection with such recordings; and (iii) use, reproduce, exhibit, and/or distribute my name, biographical material, and such recordings in any medium (e.g. print publications, video, internet, etc…) for promotional, advertising, educational, and/or other lawful purposes. I release and waive any claims or rights of compensation or ownership regarding such uses and understand that all such recordings shall remain the property of EY.

Acknowledgement of Usage of Participant Name and Outputs in the Experience

I understand that certain of outputs from one of the use case segments of the EY Metaverse Experience will be collected by EY (including my first and last name) and combined with outputs from other participants in such experience to create a larger EY Metaverse Experience mosaic and that my first and last name will be associated and displayed with my output contained in such mosaic. I hereby assign to EY all rights, title and interest in and to my output, including all intellectual property and proprietary rights therein. I further acknowledge that I will not receive any form of payment in connection with such assignment and use of the output. I hereby consent to such use by EY of my outputs and my name.
